There are three levels of membership, The Community Level, The Education Level and The Growth Level. New members are encouraged to start at our Community Level, at no cost, and begin to network within the group through our monthly newsletters, social networking and community meetings. Our community meetings are free to all levels of membership, and are held monthly. These meetings are offered in different formats so you can "dial in" even if you are not in the Portland, OR regional area. These formats include in-person gatherings around Portland, teleclasses and webinars.

At our Education and Growth Membership Levels, we work hard on outside marketing for the network: this means you now have a shared marketing team on your side!. Members at these levels take skills testing, submit experience forms and take discounted classes, coaching sessions. The BKN looks at skills, personality, years of experience and industry familiarity; this enables us to keep you up to date on available employment opportunities as well as educational opportunities.
